Agile-n is a program developed by Drury Advisors, LLC in response to the economic disruption caused by the global pandemic in 2020. The scope and duration of the disruption is not well understood in Q2 2020. What is clear is that B2B companies need to respond quickly and effectively to regain momentum as markets adjust.
How are you able to create and deliver new plays so quickly?
The Agile-N program leverages Agile project management principals in a sales enablement model. The "lean sales play" is tightly bounded in scope to provide the maximum value for sales with the smallest effort possible.
What if our scenario is more complex?
We have a list of additional services that can be included in any tailored program. The lean sales playbook is actually a stripped down version of larger, more comprehensive tools we have developed for our clients.
What do we have to contribute; our team is stretched very thin right now?
We have a detailed work plan that outlines the expected time impact on your team. We need your subject matter experts to help define, edit, and approve the content and training, but we do the heavy lifting.
What is the investment needed to do our first play?
A single lean play can be done for less than $5,000. We will work together on a fixed price / fixed scope model with a tightly defined set of deliverables.
Are there any other ways for us to engage?
We can also work with you as an interim or fractional Sales Enablement leader.
